Ven Prof. Walpola Rahula Speech about Sri Lanka 1994 at BMICH

First Scholarship award ceremony was held at BMICH in 1994. This function was organized by the Sri Lanka Educational, Cultural and Social Association affiliate to International Buddhist Centre in Le Bourget France. In this occasion 500 school children got a certificate after all Island Art Competition. The exposition was held at Unesco main hall Mars 1994.
