Heart pumps blood all by itself without you doing it….Lungs breathe air all by themselves without you doing it…. We have mistakenly identified ourselves as being the physical mind/body.
But thinking about that will not help you. Realize/Experience that.!

this explanation helps lot to understand about ourselves connecting life and death but spiritually there is no death but life, transorming to different formats that finds ideal enviroments to exist, completely depending on qualities we acquire constantly.
